Soul Care Retreat

for Helpers and Healers

Whidbey Island

April 12-14

Come, let us take care of you.

Join us for a weekend of rest, peace and connection.

If you find yourself, like so many other therapists, nurses, social workers, physicians, and other healers, needing time away from the daily grind of life and yearning for some space for just you, this is it!

We have created a haven for you let go of all of your daily responsibilities so that you may breathe in the ocean air and allow yourself to be taken care of.

You are invited to relax into our time together, allow us to take the reins and guide you and a small gathering of 6-8 others in experiences that will nourish your soul, cultivate your creativity, and foster a sense of community.

During our weekend together, we will lead you in guided mediation sessions, sharing circles, mindful movement practices, reflective writing, nature art, and beach walks.

We have been dreaming about this retreat for years and it has finally come to fruition. We are so excited to be able to offer a healing space for all of our beloved helper and healer colleagues.

Our hope is that you leave on Sunday feeling a new sense of personal balance, restored energy and inner peace.

Setting

We will gather at a private beachfront residence on Whidbey Island’s Mutiny Bay, offering the perfect sanctuary for relaxation and renewal.

The space’s natural beauty is truly awe-inspiring, with picturesque sunsets, majestic eagles soaring overhead, and the sound of waves gently lapping at the shore.

We believe this setting will provide a peaceful and serene environment for you to connect with yourself and focus on your healing journey.
